I had a great experience during my stay! The Argentinian receptionist, Camila, was super friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, warm, and very comfortable. The bed was absolutely massive—perfect for a good night's sleep! At the restaurant, the Moroccan staff member was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, both at dinner and breakfast. It was definitely worth paying for both meals. The location is perfect—very close to the bus terminal and within an excellent walking distance from the city's main street. I highly recommend staying here!

I liked facilities and it’s location, also breakfast were rich and tasty. Tall guy at the reception speaking russian were helpful and interested to give advices about the country and things to know. Also check in was smooth by smiling and polite women ).

Location wise is very near to central coach station (5mins walk) and it is easily accessible to the highs street/shopping street. Generally the staff are very nice and sweet. They kindly prepare an unexpected birthday gift to my friend during his lunar birthday.

Loved hotel, great restaurant , had the a lá carte dinner and it was great, value for money for sure, the location is just perfect if you want to stay in the city. Room were great, clean, the only issue I found here was with the noise, the guests were very loud in the morning, no consideration with fellows guests, also the cleaner were very loud doing their cleaning, I would wake up every day with them cleaning some room around us, saying that they were so lovely and friendly that I never really complained to them.

I’ve spend weekends in this hotel with my mom and my little kid. We really enjoyed it. Very polite and careful staff. Good service. Room is really big even though there were 3 of us. All is clean and furniture is in good condition. Very good location, parking has elevator that takes you straight to you room floor. We’ve used buffet during the whole stay. Food is really really good! Really large choice, cook that makes grilled meat, fish , vegetables, pancakes, omelettes etc. Also we went to the swimming pool it was really nice. Amazing view! There were also gym and sauna. We already planning next trip to Andorra and we will stay in this hotel again definitely!

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well,and the shower was good. The hotel had a well equipped gym with both cardio and strength machines. There was also a small pool. The hotel had a nice bar and the waiters were very friendly.

The hotel has an excellent location in the city center. The room was spacious with a huge comfortable king-size bed. We slept great. We tried breakfast and dinner at the hotel and they also have vegetarian options. The meals were delicious. On the terrace, you can use the infrared and steam sauna, gym, and swimming pool. Don't expect a fancy spa, but in rainy weather, it's a great option to spend the day. You can also use the game room with billiards or table football.
